Hourly Rates
- Assistant: €65 per hour.
- Accountant/Bookkeeper: €120 per hour.
- Travel expenses: €0.45 per kilometer + travel time.
Payroll Administration
- Setup of payroll administration: €100.
- Adding an employee: €50.
- Fixed payroll processing: €15 per payroll.
- Variable payroll processing: €18 per payroll.
- Wage tax filing: €55 per month.
- Pension fund filing: €55 per month.
Additional Accounting Services
- Chamber of Commerce (KvK) filing: €350.
- One-time VAT return: starting from €150.
- One-time income tax return with business: starting from €350.
- Invoicing: €7.50 per invoice.
Payment Terms
All prices are excluding VAT. Packages are billed upfront unless stated otherwise. A 5% discount applies for annual upfront payment. The payment term is 14 days after the invoice date. For additional services or transactions outside the package, hourly rates will be applied.
